How long does support take?

A person reads every email and replies, usually within two business days. There is no ticket number, no chatbot and no tier-one script.

The app will not launch. What should I try first?

Update Windows, then reinstall the app from the Microsoft Store. Quick File Organizer needs Windows 10 version 17763.0 or newer. If it still fails, email us with your Windows version (press Win+R, type winver) and we will work it out with you.

How do I report a bug?

Email romanmodrytskyi@gmail.com with what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Because our apps send no telemetry or crash reports, your description is genuinely the only information we get — detail helps enormously.

Can I request a feature?

Yes, and we read all of them. We keep each app deliberately small, so most requests are declined — but requests that come up repeatedly are how we decide what to build next.

Is my data recoverable if something goes wrong?

Quick File Organizer moves files rather than deleting them, and it only acts on the folders you added and the rules you wrote. If something landed somewhere unexpected, check which rule matched it on the rules page — the filters there show you exactly where each rule applies.

Do you offer support in other languages?

Support is currently in English only. You are welcome to write in your own language and we will do our best with translation.
